We’re a small, locally owned maintenance and construction company looking for a Project Administrator who can help keep projects organized and moving.
This role is hands-on and involves a little bit of everything — scheduling, paperwork, vendor coordination, and helping oversee daily project operations. You’ll be the main point of contact between ownership, field supervisor, subs, and clients.
-Coordinate schedules and project activities
-Communicate with vendors, subs, and clients
-Handle permits, invoices, submittals, and daily project paperwork
-Track budgets and deadlines
-Help keep projects organized and on schedule
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in construction admin or coordination (preferred)
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Able to work independently and multitask
-Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
-Independent and team-oriented work style
-Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic project software
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Ability to track supplies, administer contracts, and maintain accurate records
-Knowledge of construction, maintenance, or janitorial operations a plus
-Positive attitude and team player
