Property Management Office Administrative Assistant(Waikiki)
Our company is a property management company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrative Assistant to support our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Job Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance scheduling with tenants and vendors.
- Schedule rental showings and inspections.
- Assist with data entry
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Desire to work and grow in real estate and property management
Communication and organizational skills
Work well with others; team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Schedule:
Work hours between 8am – 5pm
Monday to Friday, possible weekends
