We are a small office looking for an efficient receptionist who enjoys working as part of a team to answer phones, respond to emails and handle filing.
This is for a front office in a community association, so the most important thing we are looking for is a professional manner with a friendly demeanor. Experience with Microsoft Office an asset, but willing to train the right person.
This is a part time position with a schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am, or sometimes slightly later as needed/ flexible schedule to be worked out with candidate.
