We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness & communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering phone and transferring calls to the correct departments.
- Welcome walk-in customers. Assist with will call and delivery paperwork.
- Mail out invoices
- Scheduling shipments (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.)
- Working with salespersons to process orders
- Ordering and tracking office supplies.
- Maintaining and organizing of office files.
Office experience preferred. CWR will train employee on procedures and work.
