Job Title: Reservations Assistant
Location: O’o Farm, Kula, Maui
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary: Do you want to work in beautiful upcountry Maui? Have a passion for sustainable farming and growing healthy fresh produce and providing excellent guest experiences? We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, ensuring exceptional service for our clients, and contributing to a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage and maintain the website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and promoting special offers.
Assist guests with checkout, assisting front of house with greeting guests, ordering supplies
Large group and DMC liaison, book and coordinate large group buyouts and weddings
Respond to inquiries regarding availability, rates, policies, and special offers.
Process online orders, packaging and arranging shipment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front of house, farm and kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide guests with pre-arrival information and follow-up communication as needed.
Assist in packaging and labeling products
Assist in retail operations, including managing inventory, merchandising products, and providing exceptional customer service to in-store guests.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, promotions, local attractions, and retail offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining records and generating reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with teams and on your own
Flexibility to work weekends for private events, and holidays as required.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri
7am - 12pm or 2pm (5-8 hours per day as needed)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
