This position will assist in performing sales and administrative duties involving Customers, Orders, Client Relations and Quoting on the phone.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Manage Client Relationships & Orders
Produce correct quotes and follow up until orders are placed
Answer Customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
Update computer timely
Makes deliveries, pick up supplies and other items as requested
Maintain general office organization and administration – file and organize documents regularly.
Answer phones, direct inquiries professionally.
Perform other duties as may be requested

Valid US Driver’s License preferred
Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED
College degree preferred
Working Conditions:
Indoors, air-conditioned environment, need to walk up a staircase few times per day
Sitting for long periods of time
Frequent use of telephone
Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
Full time, part time may be considered on a case to case basis
