We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support a busy salesperson in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support:
Assist the salesperson with daily tasks, ensuring smooth customer interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage sales.
Administrative Duties:
Manage and update sales records, spreadsheets, and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
Organize and maintain customer databases for easy access.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
Handle paperwork and documentation for sales transactions and contracts.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and other office tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while supporting a busy sales team.
Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
