Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Dispatching: Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians across multiple trades—including air conditioning, fire protection, refrigeration, and plumbing—using the Service Trade platform.
Workload Management: Prioritize and manage weekly schedules and incoming service requests, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
Customer Communication: Provide customers with accurate arrival times and updates on service appointments, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation across all service lines.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of technician assignments and job details within ServiceTrade.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance dispatching processes to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a scheduler and/or dispatcher, with a strong background in using modern CRM platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade, etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with air conditioning, fire protection, refrigeration, and plumbing systems is advantageous.
Professionalism: Prior experience in a similar role within the service contracting industry is highly desirable.
Training Willingness: Open to training individuals with minimal experience who demonstrate the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
