Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination: Oversee and manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Home Rehab Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating home rehab projects, including tracking progress, communicating with contractors, and managing timelines and budgets.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance, including scheduling, email communication, and data entry.
Communication: Interact professionally with clients, agents, title companies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Document Management: Organize and maintain transaction documents, records, and databases.
Research: Conduct research on properties, market trends, and industry regulations.
Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving transaction and project-related issues and inquiries.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination, administrative roles, or home rehab project management is a bonus but not required.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
