This position includes a wide variety of duties with close training provided. The administrative assistant (AA) will be supporting the managers with administrative functions in the management of a 173-unit affordable rental complex situated on 8 acres of land. The AA will help with general administrative duties, receiving information from residents for income certifications, maintenance work order/inventory systems support, database updates and tracking. The position will provide other general administrative assistance as needed.
Position Qualifications
- Two years of general administrative experience with interest in learning
- Accurate, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and self-motivated
- Good in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Creative and effective in working and assisting with a diverse group of people
- Can understand, speak, read, and write in English to fulfill job requirements
- Good work history and attendance record
