Assistant Facilities Manager
AFM needed, must have previous experience in maintenance management of large scale commercial/industrial property.
Applicants should have experience with the operation of a CMMS and PM maintenance planning and scheduling.
Minimum Requirements
Three (3) years’ management experience in facilities maintenance.
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Advanced level experience using Microsoft Office, Word, & Excel, Adobe
Preferred
Three years’ experience in airport maintenance at the regional airport level or higher.
Previous experience operating a CMMS.
Previous experience operating in a SIDA security environment.
Knowledge of OSHA’s rules/regulations for both maintenance & construction.
Knowledge of construction materials, terminology and supplies. Ability to read & interpret blueprints, schematics, etc.
