Condo-Homeowner’s Association Manager

Equity Properties, Inc., a locally owned property management company, is seeking a Condo-Homeowner’s Association (AOAO/HOA) Manager to join our team.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong desire to grow in real estate and property management
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Deadline-driven with strong follow-through
-Self-starter who takes initiative
-Team player with the ability to work well with others
-Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
-Proficient in MS Office programs
-Strong letter-writing and professional correspondence skills
-Must be bondable
- Must hold an active Hawaii Real Estate License
- Knowledge and experience with AOAO/HOA operations
Position Details:
-This is not a remote position – attendance at board meetings is required.
-An active Hawaii Real Estate License is a firm requirement.
