We are currently offering a $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! (Qualifier: Hawaii Resident/Valid Hawaii Real Estate License)
$2000 paid after successful completion of ninety (90) days of employment. Must be an active employee to be eligible.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for taking clients through a branded and structured sales presentation to introduce the vacation ownership concept and encourage them to further their relationship with the brand.
The Sales Executive position offers a base wage of $14 per hour ($18.75 during training), with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club in 2024 is expected to be between $102,135 and $208,816, and for The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas in 2024, it is expected to be between $70,137 and $180,453.
