Position: FULL-TIME Property Manager.
Description:
Looking for a full-time Property Manager. We have single-family homes, townhouses, apartments and condos located Island-wide. Willing to train individual with an active real estate license, auto, and desire to learn.
You may also do sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct check in and check out inspections, annual inspections and other inspections as needed
Prepare Rental Agreements
May need to do a light wipe down of unit
Run errands (purchase burner pans, batteries, duplicate keys etc.)
Advertise and show property to interested applicants
Interview applicants and process applications
Communicate with Owners, tenants, and vendors as needed
We have Assistants who will assist with the coordination of repairs and renovations with Agent's input
Other property management duties as needed
Hours:
Normal office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Available for evenings and weekends as needed.
Parking: Included with this position.
Medical, Dental, Drug and Vision coverage through HMSA or Kaiser.
Qualify to participate in Simple IRA Plan after meeting employment requirements.
Required Education and Qualifications:
Active Hawaii Real Estate License in good standing.
Reliable auto with current registration and safety check. Current auto insurance and driving record in good standing.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player.
Organized and efficient. Able to time manage and multi-task.
Familiar with the Island of Oahu. Willing to drive and visit properties island-wide.
Education requirement: Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Honest with good work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
Customer service skills.
