Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Resident Manager role who will be responsible for:
Services the property following established HUD procedures
Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the property
Assigns and supervies maintenance, janitorial, yard and office personnel
Coordinate with outside vendors
Handle rent/parking/laundry income, account for these receipts and makes daily deposits.
Responding to tenant inquiries, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, prepare and enforce lease agreements.
The Resident Manager will also provide excellent customer service to tenants and work closely with the property management to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle rent payments and conduct move-in/move-out inspections
Knowledge of property management laws and regulations (HUD guidelines is a plus)
Experience in leasing and managing rental properties
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with property management software and tools
