Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of multiple vacation rental properties
- Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Communication with owners and guests
- Respond promptly to guest reported maintenance issues
- Assisting guests and families from around the globe in choosing the right accommodations for their once in a lifetime vacation.
What We’re looking for

Previous experience in maintenance coordination, property management or a related field
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Tech-Savvy with basic knowledge of maintenance software or tracking systems
Duties include but are not limited to answering calls, emails, guest requests, generating guest reservations, coordinating maintenance of properties, and providing excellent service to property owners.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30-5pm
