RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and show rental properties to prospective tenants
Generating and signing leases with prospective tenants
Responsible for moving-in and moving-out of property tenants and property inspections
Manage online files, mailing, and filing.
Maintaining inventory list.
General administrative support for the office, including ordering supplies.
Other duties as assigned by the Broker.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Hawaii Real Estate License
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
Have excellent attention to detail
Proficient in time management
High level of accuracy with documents
Flexible in daily routine
Ability to prioritize and coordinate accordingly
Excellent interpersonal skills
Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the company
Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
Basic verbal and written communication skills
JOB TITLE: Leasing Agent

Compensation - $50,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience
