Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Hawaii Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a successful career in real estate and are excited to learn the ins and outs of the industry. As an new Real Estate Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you excel and achieve your career goals.

We’ve built our team to support the kind of agent who wants to grow their business with mentorship, support, and proven systems. For the kind of agent who wants to narrow their time to focus on the activities that will directly bring them an income.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying and selling residential real estate

- Conduct property showings and open houses

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential buyers, and other real estate professionals.

- Market and promote properties using various tools and platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations.

- Prepare and present property offers and counteroffers.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Valid real estate license in the state of Hawaii or the willingness to obtain one

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

- Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is helpful but not required.

- Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Canva is preferred.

- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active insurance.

- Reliable internet connection and cellular phone service.

Background:

- A background in customer service, hospitality, sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
