Our Residential Property Management team offers professional property management and leasing services for all types of residential properties ranging from single condominium units to large multi-family apartment buildings. We currently manage a portfolio of 1300+ residential units on Oahu.
DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property. This includes managing the property, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring that the property is well maintained.
Active Hawaii Real estate license required.
2 year minimum property management experienced preferred.
Good communication/people skills.
Good organizational skills.
Conflict resolution skills. Empathetic.
Manage residential portfolio of single unit to apartment buildings.
Collecting rent from tenants and ensuring that they are in compliance with lease terms
Managing the property to ensure it is well maintained and in good condition
Ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner
Communicating with tenants to address any issues or concerns
Working with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are being provided
Managing the leasing process for new tenants
Salary is based on number of units managed.
Commissions for new leases/renewals & bonuses for meeting metrics.
Combined Salary/Comm/Bonus Earning potential up to $5000/month

Must have own automobile, license and insured.
Mileage & mobile phone reimbursement. Located in town, parking provided.
