Duties and Responsibilities:
Supply inventory and ordering
Manage and maintain accurate records, both digital and physical.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Scanning
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Support day-to-day clerical and accounting functions
Insurance Certificate Monitoring
Credit Card Batching
Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am – 1pm
Compensation: $18.00/hr
