POSITION
Property Manager (Associations or Commercial) for Maui’s fastest growing Real Estate Firm in Wailea, Hawaii
JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you looking to join a team that focuses on the growth, wellbeing, and support of our employee team members while having fun as we continue to grow (we want your ideas on how we can have fun as a team)? Do you enjoy the flexibility of working from home, the office and being out in the field (we all hate being stuck behind a desk all day)? Would you be excited to have a company that provides you the full support of Maui’s only truly full service real estate firm that provides services such as association and commercial property management services, leasing and sales, maintenance team, janitorial services, landscaping and a Hawaii licensed contractor – all with the goal of allowing you to focus on property management tasks to better service our clients? Are you interested in having an enjoyable career with a future for growth instead of a dead end job (we love to support our team members by paying for educational classes and help with obtaining designations such as CCIM, CPM, etc.)?
If you said yes then you will be excited to know that Kokua Realty is seeking a passionate, service-oriented property manager to join our association management team or our commercial property management team (2 positions open).
