Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team. This role involves conducting inspections for both vacation and long-term rental properties across West Hawai‘i. We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, and interested in learning the real estate business from the ground up. For the right full-time candidate, we offer the opportunity to pursue real estate licensing—paid for by the company after a successful probationary period.
Schedule:
- Open to full-time or part-time availability
- Workdays may vary (Monday–Sunday) depending on business needs
- For full-time applicants: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week (with rotating days off)

Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections (long-term rentals)
- Perform lease compliance and routine condition checks (long-term rentals)
- Complete pre-arrival and post-departure inspections (vacation rentals)
- Verify property readiness, inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Document findings with photos and inspection notes
- Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or damages
- Confirm functionality of appliances and safety systems
- Communicate inspection results to the property management team and vendors
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable personal transportation (some tasks require use of your own vehicle)
- Strong communication skills: phone, email, and in-person
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning on the job
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor
- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital tools preferred
- Prior experience in property management or hospitality a plus, but not required
