· Licensed agents with a valid Hawai‘i driver’s license and reliable transportation
A current Hawai‘i Real Estate License is required
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively generate and follow up on leads
· Guide clients through real estate transactions with expert advice and market insights
· Negotiate favorable terms and contracts on behalf of clients
· Manage a strong sales pipeline through our CRM and lead-generation systems
· Schedule and lead showings, listing presentations, and buyer consultations
· Stay up to date with local market trends and pricing strategies
