We're seeking a rental housing administrator to assist with overseeing various housing projects to include private rentals and affordable housing communities that serve our local residents. This role goes beyond traditional property management - it is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping ensure stable housing while supporting the well-being of our community.
This position is ideal for someone who is a professional, extremely detail oriented, patient, solution-oriented, and who thrives in environments that require strong communication skills, empathy, clear boundary-setting and is wanting to learn and be challenged daily. You will work with a diverse tenant population, some of whom may require additional guidance, structure and support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the property management team with the overall day-to-day operations of the housing projects
Ensure compliance and maintain property standards
Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners
Enforce lease terms and property policy
Process applications as needed
The right candidate must possess a Hawaii real estate license or is willing to commit to obtaining a Hawaii real estate license within 6-months of hire. No property management experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
