Requirements:
2-4 years of Retail (fashion) Experience Required
Qualified candidates who exhibit a positive, energetic attitude and commitment to providing an outstanding experience for customers.
We want individuals full of personality.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service
Acquire and share fashion knowledge with customers.
Assist and advise customers with merchandise selection.
Create and foster a wonderful environment for customers and employees.
Achieve and surpass sales and merchandise goals.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
Assist with the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized fashion.
