Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a positive, customer-centric environment. While previous retail experience is a plus, it is not required—we will provide training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Fold and tag t-shirts.
Qualifications:
Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with a variety of customers.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
