Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Greeter/Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in both guest experience and retail sales.

We are a unique, locally owned hands-on glass blowing experience and art gallery located in the beautiful upcountry of Maui. Our team is passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences and showcasing the art of glass in a welcoming and inspiring setting.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the gallery
Greeting customers and creating a warm, welcoming environment
Assisting guests with signing activity waivers
Processing payments for experiences and gallery/gift shop sales
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gallery and retail areas
Sharing knowledge about our glass art and classes to encourage participation and purchases
Supporting team members and helping ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in customer service or retail preferred
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, artistic environment
A passion for art, crafts, or glasswork is a plus!
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time: 4 days per week (schedule flexibility preferred)
$25/hour starting wage + sales commission
