Pukalani Superette, a locally owned business serving Upcountry Maui for over 63 years, is currently seeking a candidate to join our management team!
Responsibilities:
Provide Leadership, Direction, Training and Support for our staff
Maintain a high level of Customer Service
Ensure product quality and availability
Assist in ordering, stocking, and receiving of merchandise from vendors
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Motivate and discipline staff when necessary
Closing of shift with accuracy
Qualifications:
Must have good people and communication skills
Must have computer knowledge and 10 key calculator skills
Must be able to work various shifts during the week
Accurately handle cash and negotiable funds
Previous experience in retail management desired
