All stores are equipped with A/C, and provide a refreshing change from the norm. Experience working at all of our locations, or base yourself at just one of our boutiques. Our stores shine and are known for the repeat customers we have each year. We are looking for some great LONG TERM peeps to keep them coming back Skills Desired:
Familiar with QuickBooks POS system and credit card processing (min. 1 year) (not required for PT Paia position)
Excellent customer service skills (references a must!)
Previous retail experience (not required for PT Paia positions - will train)
The ability to merchandise effectively
Inventory Control and Stocking
Lifting up to 20 lbs. and using a stepladder
History of exceeding sales goals and quotas (references)
Requirements:
Holiday, weekend (at least 1 weekend day) and early evening hours - we are open 7 days a week and most holidays
Friendly, honest, team player with flexible hours and a team spirit!
Cleaning and dusting. Lots of cleaning and dusting! Did I mention cleaning and dusting?
Prior work history with references including dependability and hourly rate of pay
Willingness to be trained and take on store responsibilities including stocking, ordering, cleaning, and greeting customers without constant supervision or "nudging"
There are several positions available, and we will also be interviewing for a future location in Wailuku. We will happily train the right person with an amazing attitude! Owner operated and family friendly.
Minimum starting pay is $13 per hour to start, depending on experience. Frequent sales promotions and bonuses provide the opportunity to make from $14-$19 per hour. Our permanent, FT positions offer paid vacation and holiday pay. Health benefits negotiable. Huge employee discount benefit
