Paradise Cove Luau is looking for a Marketplace Supervisor to assist with overseeing store staff and operation:
General responsibilities include opening and/or closing of store and assisting employees throughout their shifts. Additional duties will involve interaction with other luau departments along with luau guests.
Must be able to motivate staff and maintain a positive attitude.
Supervise closing of registers, verification of deposits and securing store.
Supervisor also oversees monthly inventory and maintains and suggest orders for supplies for operation. Works closely with other Supervisors & Buyers to bring in inventory for store. Display and promote products to maximize daily sales.
Willing to obtain Liquor Commission License and TB clearance.
Hours are primarily 2pm-930pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and occasional shift changes to cover early events. Work is both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
