This flexible role will work both at our retail Tasting Room in Kapaa town and Farm Tours estate off Olohena Rd. You will be cross-trained to wear many hats on our Front of House team, including welcoming tour guests / customers with aloha, hosting short chocolate-tastings, and facilitating retail sales. Work Schedule:
Training: 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday split between Lydgate Chocolate Tasting Room (Kapaa town) and Lydgate Farms Olohena Estate (Wailua Homesteads)
Shift Hours: Full-time 4-5 days a week, flexible to work Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm (hours subject to change), occasional evening or special events.
– Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Our store and farm are both located in Kapaa - Eastside residents preferred
– Kauai residents only (you must currently live on Kauai)
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
– Welcome guests with aloha upon arrival
– Facilitate chocolate tastings
– Sales / check-out guests
– Daily preparation & closing up tasks

Compensation
Starting at $20-22/hr
