Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Hele Mai Fishing Supply. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and light stocking
Work independently to maintain a visually appealing store environment
Process transactions efficiently and effectively
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
Previous retail experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work weekends and mid-week
Passion for Hawaii's ocean-loving lifestyle and knowledge of apparel and lifestyle gear a plus
