Position: Retail Sales Supervisor, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Kihei, Maui
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr + commission

Role Overview:
The Retail Sales Supervisor assists the Retail Manager with operations and support of Retail Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and/or closing store
Deliver outstanding service to customers
Generate sales and achieve sales goals
Manage merchandising
Protect and safeguarding company assets
Qualifications:
Minimum of six months of retail experience
Reliable, confident, and outgoing personality
High-level communication skills, including verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail while functioning in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Ability to work well with others
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 35lbs
Must currently reside on Maui
Must be 18+ years old
