Full-Time Seafood and Meat Cutter position!

What You'll Do:
Prepare, cut, and package a variety of seafood and meat products.
Receive products from vendors, organize and rotate cases in the freezer/chill.
Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of all products.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the meat and seafood departments.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
What We're Looking For:
2 years or more of experience in meat and/or seafood cutting.
Ability to safely handle sharp knives, operate electric meat saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, which often weigh up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
