Martin & MacArthur is currently seeking a store manager for our Outrigger Reef location in Waikiki.
Store Managers are responsible for mentoring employees, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and being the embodiment of "Gracious Hawaiian Living".
Duties:
-Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and inspiring the store team.
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
-Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
-Ensure store environment meets the standards of the company.
-Co-ordinate scheduling to meet the needs of the store
Requirements:
-Proven successful experience in store management
-Powerful leading skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to constantly learn and grow
Experience:
Retail: 3 years
Management: 1 year
Retail Management: 1 year
