Job Summary
Wellness Crew Members are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by giving prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service in the Supplement/Health and Beauty Aids Department. As a Wellness Crew Member, you will provide a high level of prompt and friendly customer service. The wellness assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining department displays, accurate placement of merchandise and placing shelf tags and signs throughout the department. You will use your supplement and vitamin knowledge to answer questions and educate customers within the proper parameters using “DSHEA'' compliant regulations. Qualifications include strong organizational and customer service skills, and upholding a standard of excellence with our guests and fellow crew members. The wellness assistant will become proficient with product locations throughout the store, receiving deliveries, invoice verification, answering department phone calls, cashier back up skills, and relaying information to other departments using our messaging system.
This is a position open up to full time for the right candidate. Would consider part time employment.
We are looking for Thursday-Sunday availability.
