We are excited to announce a great opportunity to join our team as a Manager on Duty here on Oahu. We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to lead daily office operations and manage a team of Protection Specialists and Supervisors in the field.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate daily operation directives from the Chief Executives of KT Protection Services, the Operations Manager, and the Scheduling Manager.
Provide excellent quality customer service to clients and enforce company policies and procedures.
Coordinate training for new Protection Specialists and Supervisors and ensure all team members are properly trained.
Address any issues that arise in the field, including scheduling conflicts and emergencies.
Manages staff in the field and reinforces company policies and procedures, including clients' needs and requirements of daily operation.
Deliver Customer Service with Aloha.
Works closely with Field Training Manager and Scheduling Manager to coordinate appropriate training for new employees, assisting in coverage for open shifts, and providing breaks as needed and in emergencies.
Interacts, engages, addresses, and resolves specifically with front-line workers.
Consistently conducts site visits and inspections, including ensuring company vehicles and property are safe and secure.
Needs to have management experience, preferably in Security, or Training field.
Valid State Drivers License/State ID.
Pass Fingerprinting and Background Check to obtain a State of Hawaii License Guard Card; If you do not have a State of Hawaii Guard Card, KT Protection Services will assist in the GC process for the right candidate.

Highly motivated, quick, and critical thinker, great problem solver, highly organized, good interpersonal skills, and communicates clearly and effectively.
Deep understanding of the security industry and operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel throughout the facility as required to conduct safety inspections.
Excellent leadership skills.
Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
