Position Location
Princeville at Hanalei Community Association office located at 4334 Emmalani Drive, Princeville, HI 96722. Patrol’s focus is located within the Princeville Community. Position is not eligible for working remotely.
Position Overview
Princeville Patrol is hiring for part-time and full-time team members. Princeville Patrol provides a visible and courteous presence within the Princeville at Hanalei Community Association (PHCA) neighborhoods, while assisting to enforce the PHCA rules, as well as enhancing the safety and enjoyment of our community.
Duties & Responsibilities
Patrol neighborhoods to monitor compliance with rules
Interact with residents and guests to answer questions and address inquiries and complaints
Have complete familiarity with the Princeville rules
Issue citations for violations when appropriate
Work cooperatively with resort and condo management, Kauai Police Department (KPD) and the Kauai Fire
Department (KFD) when needed
Use patrol vehicles and equipment in a safe and caring manner
Provide thorough and accurate shift reports and communicate to management all significant issues
Be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Be able to deploy parking devices on multiple sized vehicle windshields.
Successful candidates should have the following:
Proficient verbal and writing skills
Very comfortable with technology devices and basic computer programs (Word, Google Drive, Excel, etc.)
Professional, clean and neat presence
Clean driving record
Reliable work history
Clean drug test
Kauai resident for a minimum of 6 months
Prior security experience or Guard Card is preferred. Offering competitive wages based on experience.
