We are seeking a reliable Parking Attendant/Security Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing great customer service.
Duties
Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the parking facility.
Manage the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the parking area.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Provide valet parking services when necessary, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits using retail math skills.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensure the parking area is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
Do rounds of the lot after hours.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations.
Assist in training new staff members on parking procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements
Good customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is preferred.
Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing.
Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environments is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
