We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendants to join our team. These lots are located at the Haleakala National Park. This is a part-time position that is offered seven days a week, four hours per day. The shifts begin at 3pm and end at 7pm. Kaholo Valet Services will be providing transportation to and from Kahului. The ideal candidate will perform the following: . Coordinating with NPS rangers on-site. Responding to emergency situations when required. Providing daily performance summaries and one final project report. Ensuring staff are trained in de-escalation, crowd management, and safety protocols. Operating in construction zones and sensitive natural areas.will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the lots. This position involves vehicle inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities:
Directing vehicle traffic and ensuring smooth flow.
Managing parking and implementing access restrictions when lots reach capacity
Coordinating with NPS rangers on-site and responding to emergency situations when required.
Trained in de-escalation, crowd management, and safety protocols
Ability to operate in construction zones and sensitive areas.
Skills:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
Effective communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
Ability to work during in-climate weather (rain, snow, wind, cold)
