We’re hiring a dependable and alert Part-Time Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our property and residents. This role is ideal for someone with strong situational awareness, clear communication skills, a calm, professional demeanor and a love for people
Title: Part Time - Security Officer
Location: Kakaako
Schedule: 8-16hr Weekend evening shifts and possible selected weeknight graveyard shifts if available
On-Call: Availability for some weekdays and holidays
Pay: $18 per hour, plus Holidays @ holiday pay (probationary period of 90 days)
Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises and monitor activity to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency; and contact relevant personnel or vendors per company policy
- Address and respond to homeowner requests courteously and promptly
- Document observations and report any safety concerns, violations , and maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and emergency personnel
Requirements:
- High School education required
- Prior security experience preferred but not required
- Valid security license preferred — we will cover the cost of licensing if needed
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Uniform: Provided polo shirt, Unprovided long black pants and covered shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobile patrols
- Must be able to commute reliably to the property (no relocation assistance provided)
- Available for weekend evenings and some weeknight graveyard shifts
