Must have a current State of Hawaii security guard card in good standings. Security guards are to patrol the property (on foot), monitor security cameras, help investigate water leaks, check on violators who are violating the house rules. Issue out house rules with photos. Write down incident reports. Write a daily log report. Must have great customer service, verbal communication skills, proficiency in writing and basic computer skills, team work and decision making skills, must be able to walk and climb stairs. Maintain at all times visible presence on the property. Write down electric meters. Check temperature readings on the roof top of all three buildings (A, B & C). Place elevator pads up for move ins, move outs and deliveries. Issue out parcels. Must be reliable and on time. Excluding urgent personal matters, conducting personal business, phone calls, emails, etc., during working hours is prohibited. Work hours are full time or part time. I have three shifts. Days and hours may vary.
