We have both part-time and full-time positions available to fit different schedules and needs.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team in Maui. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle security situations with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible presence to deter potential threats and ensure the safety and security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
Qualifications:
- Previous security experience preferred but not required (training available).
- Valid Hawaii Security Guard License (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
