Position Overview:
As a Beach Concierge at Sea Maui, you will be the face of our company, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for checking guests in for their tours, giving safety briefings, promoting and selling our activities. It is a commissioned based role so we are looking for highly motivated sales people.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests for their tours with a warm and friendly attitude.
Provide informative and engaging safety briefings before tours depart.
Promote and sell Sea Maui’s range of tours and ocean activities to guests, helping them choose the best experience for their day.
Answer guest questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience.
Collaborate with the crew and staff to create a seamless and enjoyable guest journey.

Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for ocean activities and Hawaiian culture.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
