Typical schedule for this position: 10am - 6pm |full-time/5 days per week. Tues-Sat, Mon - Fri, Sun-Thu Subject to business needs
This position will work at multiple sites to include Marriott's Kauai Beach Club, Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club and Sheraton Kauai Resort.
As a Specialist Closing, you will be responsible for making meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests. As a Specialist Closing, you will advise the Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval). Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation. Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Prepare reports as requested by Sales managers. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., tours, mailings). Perform general office duties (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).

Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to, Maintaining the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued Owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales).
