NORPAC Fisheries Export is seeking a reliable individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition, enjoy interacting with people in a fast pace environment, and have good communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold-calls and emails.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and emails.
Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Maintain and expand database of prospects.
Collaborates with departments to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
Track sales and manage inventory control.
Other duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated, energetic and outgoing.
Effective communication skills (i.e., verbal/written and listening skills).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
