Check-In Host Position Details:
We have an immediate opening for the right candidate to join our team as a check-in host. This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience — previous servers, bartenders, or those comfortable engaging with the public are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in guests
Reviewing ticket and tour information
Answering guest questions and preparing them for departure
Ensuring on-time departures
Collecting tips on behalf of the crew and yourself
Encouraging guest reviews
Upselling additional tours and activities
This is a performance-based role with hourly pay, tips, and commission. The exact compensation will be disclosed during interviews. A full-time schedule is available for the right candidate. You must meet minimum upsell performance standards to remain in the position.
