Qualifications
-We are looking for a person with experience as a manager in the motorcycle, auto or similar industry.
-Must be very proficient with a computer, processes, customer service, leadership, scheduling, write-ups, organization, and people management skills.
-Self-motivated, self-directed, strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions
-Speaks plainly and truthfully
-Focuses on key priorities
-Enthusiasm, exhibits passion and excitement over work
-Basic mechanical knowledge
