Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic full-time Sales Representative to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales at events like Costco Roadshows local farmers markets and other events. Seeking a positive personality to help establish and maintain customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and growing with a local family owned tea company.
Responsibilities:
Product knowledge, being able to explain and answer questions and provide recommendations.
Greet customers, establish rapport, engage them in conversation to understand their needs. Pay close attention to customer’s concerns.
Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration.
Achieve and exceed Individual and Team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concern promptly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communicate sales report at the end of every shift.
Maintaining inventory throughout the month; ensuring timely deliveries to support sales.
Ensure sales displays are maintained, kept neat, fully stocked and organized to attract attention.
Keeping track of sales through weekly reports and monthly audit.
Participate in sales training or product knowledge updates to stay current and competitive.
Provide customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, particularly in a retail or grocery store setting.
Strong verbal communication to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and company leadership.
Ability to work independently and think proactively.
Goal oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Must have a valid driver’s license and mode of transportation.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to legally work in the US.
Knowledge and experience of the Brand Ambassador industry is a plus.
High school diploma/GED or Higher preferred.
Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time, lifting and moving product around the store.
Compensation:$25 per hour + Commission
