Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf is seeking a highly-motivated person for a sales agent position for our shops selling retail, renting everything you can think of for the beach, booking island activities, and external marketing for an island resort.
Shifts are generally 7:45am to 5:00pm at Koloa/Poipu locations. Immediate need is Sat, Sun and Mon at Kapaa location.
The sales agent position pays $20/hour plus commissions and bonuses, total approximately $25-$29 per hour.

Essential Job elements:
Selling/booking tourist activities
Renting beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.)
Knowledge of Kauai island preferred
Computer proficiency/ability to learn
6 months residency on the Kauai preferred.

Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf is an established company that has been operating on Maui and outer islands for over 30 years. The positions are true “salesperson” positions.
